Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of loanplansonline.com (the "Website"), operated by Loan Plans Online ("we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or its services. We may change these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page; continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept it.

By using the Website, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts;
  • the information you submit is accurate and is about you; and
  • you will use the Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

We may restrict or end your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. The Website is intended for use only in the United States and is not meant to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any other country.

PLEASE READ THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND BINDING ARBITRATION SECTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY. THEY LIMIT HOW DISPUTES CAN BE RESOLVED. YOU MAY WISH TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY.

1. Our services

The Website is a free service that passes the information you enter on our forms to lenders, advertisers, networks and other financial service providers that may offer you a short-term loan or another financial product or service. Each of them has its own process and requirements, and offers will differ. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval for any loan or product.

We are not a lender, broker or agent, and we do not endorse any lender, product or provider. We do not set loan terms, interest rates or fees. Review any offer carefully before you accept it – you are never required to accept an offer. Lenders and providers may pay us for each referral we send them, and this can affect which lenders and offers appear. The lenders and options available through the Website do not represent the entire market. You may be connected with a tribal lender, which may not be subject to state law; its terms may differ significantly and disputes with it may be governed by tribal law.

2. How we share information with third parties

When you submit a request, you acknowledge and agree that we share your information with lenders, financial service providers and advertisers in our network so they can provide the products and services you asked for, such as a short-term loan. These third parties have their own data, privacy and security practices, which differ from ours, and typically store and use your information to process your request and possibly make you an offer.

By submitting your information, you are asking to be contacted about your request by email, telephone (including calls, ringless voicemail, prerecorded messages and text messages) and/or postal mail. Our service is complete once we have passed your information to these third parties.

3. Consent for lenders to verify information and obtain credit reports

Lenders you connect with through the Website will likely verify your identity and obtain your credit reports and scores, including from TransUnion, Experian, Equifax and alternative consumer data sources. By submitting a loan request, you give express written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") for lenders and financial service providers in our network to obtain your credit report, credit score and related consumer information and to use it to evaluate your eligibility and verify your identity. See also our Credit Authorization.

If you do not repay a loan, the lender may report it to credit bureaus, which can lower your credit score. Short-term loans are meant for temporary or emergency needs, not as a long-term financial solution – borrow responsibly and only when necessary. Questions about a specific loan or credit check should go to the lender.

4. Consent to receive email, telephone calls and text messages

By submitting a request, you give express written consent for us, the lenders and financial service providers you are connected with, and the marketing partners we share your information with, to contact you:

  • by telephone at the number you provide, whether landline or mobile, even if it is on a federal or state Do Not Call list – including, where you have agreed under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), prerecorded calls, ringless voicemail, text messages and calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system; and
  • by email at the address you provide.

Message and data rates may apply. You do not have to agree to receive marketing communications in order to use our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, using our Unsubscribe page or emailing support@loanplansonline.com.

5. Third-party websites

The Website may link to websites run by others, whose content, privacy and security practices may be very different from ours. Read their terms and privacy policies before you share information, accept an offer or request services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

6. Intellectual property, copyrights and trademarks

All content on the Website – including text, graphics, logos and software – belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Our name and logos are our trademarks; other names and logos on the Website may belong to third parties. You may not copy, modify, display, distribute or reproduce any content or trademark from the Website without our prior written permission, and any unauthorized use is a material breach of these Terms. All rights in the Website, our services and the related technology remain ours.

7. Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS LOAN PLANS ONLINE AND ITS OWNERS AND OPERATORS FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIM, DEMAND OR LAWSUIT, AND ANY RELATED LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES), ARISING FROM YOUR LOAN REQUEST OR THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT, YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVICES, OR YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS. YOU WILL REASONABLY COOPERATE IN DEFENDING ANY SUCH CLAIM. WE MAY TAKE OVER THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER YOU MUST INDEMNIFY, AT YOUR EXPENSE, AND YOU MAY NOT SETTLE ANY SUCH MATTER WITHOUT OUR PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL OF ITS SERVICES, CONTENT AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOU USE THE WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOAN PLANS ONLINE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OPERATORS AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DEFECTS, ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS OR DELAYS IN THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES, THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THEM. THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY – CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE – AND EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

10. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

11. Responsible borrowing

Borrow only what you can repay on time. Late or missed payments may lead to extra fees, collection activity and negative credit reporting under the lender's terms. If you are struggling with debt, consider speaking with a nonprofit credit counselor. See Rates & Fees for more information.

12. Severability and waiver

These Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as needed to make it enforceable, or removed if that is not possible, and the rest of these Terms will stay in effect. Headings are for convenience only. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it, and we may still enforce it or any other provision later.

13. Choice of law, venue and time limit

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without applying any conflict-of-law rule that would apply another jurisdiction's laws. Any claim you have relating to the Website must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

14. Class action waiver

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU AND WE AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, WHETHER IN COURT, IN ARBITRATION OR IN ANY OTHER PROCEEDING. NEITHER YOU NOR WE MAY JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ACT ON BEHALF OF ANYONE ELSE.

15. Binding arbitration

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA"), HELD IN KENT COUNTY, DELAWARE, INSTEAD OF IN COURT.

  • Discovery must be completed within 120 calendar days after the arbitrator is appointed.
  • Each party may be represented by counsel, present written and oral evidence and argument, and cross-examine the other party's witnesses. The arbitrator may take testimony by phone, video or other electronic means where appropriate.
  • The arbitrator will issue a written award explaining the reasons for it. The award is final and binding and may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction. The arbitrator may not award punitive or exemplary damages.
  • The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, including arbitrator and AAA fees, up to a maximum of $50,000.
  • The parties waive any right to appeal the arbitrator's decision or award.
  • Either party may still go to court to compel arbitration; obtain interim relief before or during arbitration; seek an injunction to prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential or proprietary information; pursue claims for infringement or misappropriation of our copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets; or enforce the arbitrator's award. Any party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court at any time.
  • If an AAA rule conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control.

BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND WE EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE.
