Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your right to opt out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in other states, you have the right to tell us not to sell or share your personal information. When you submit a loan request, we pass your information to lenders and lending networks and may be paid for doing so, which these laws can treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
How to opt out
Email support@loanplansonline.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the name, email address and phone number you used on our website. You do not need to create an account. We will act on your request within 15 business days and will stop selling or sharing your information from that point on.
Important to know
- Our service works by sending your loan request to lenders. If you opt out before submitting a request, we cannot match you with lenders.
- Opting out does not undo information already sent to lenders before your request. To ask a lender to stop using your information, contact that lender directly.
- You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof that the agent is authorized.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
